From time to time, Seneca Financial Advisors may choose to hire independent contractors to assist with various Financial Advisory and Investment Consulting Services provided through the client engagement. Seneca Financial Advisors may, therefore, share client information with such contractors if it is deemed necessary and appropriate in connection with the work performed.We disclose personal information to non-affiliated co-advisers, brokers and other agents, including Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. and other custodians, to help us provide advisory services, process your transactions and service your accounts. We may also provide your information to vendors providing data processing, computer software maintenance and development, compliance and legal consulting, and other general business consulting services. These vendors are required to sign a nondisclosure agreement agreeing to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public personal information.We may also disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required to comply with applicable laws, such as cooperating with regulators, or to resolve consumer disputes.

For example, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information of clients and former clients to those employees who need to know that information in the course of their responsibilities with the Firm.
